  1. When you purchase a user licence for Power Balance, you will receive:

  3.     1: The latest version of Power Balance
  4.     2: A handy printed user guide, including many hints & tips
  5.     3: A copy of the latest NGS Newsletter
  6.     4: One or more NGS Shareware programs for you to try
  7.  
  8. You will also be kept informed of all major upgrades to Power Balance, and also of any new Windows programs as they become available.  Preferential discounts are offered to registered customers on all new releases and upgrades!

  10. Registrations should be made by cheque payable to "N Gorin". Although NGS cannot process Credit Card transactions, there may be agents of NGS who can.  Please call us to find out who.

  12. The Registration form can be found in REGISTER.WRI, with a version for all NGS products in REGISTER.DOC. See REGISTER.WRI for some great 4 for the price of two type offers!

  14. MULTIPLE LICENCES
  15.  
  16. Each copy of Power Balance is licenced for use on a pair (i.e. two) computers at any one time.  If you use Power Balance on more computers, you will require either multiple copies or a site licence.

  18. Where more than one copy of Power Balance is required, you may discount the total bill by the following amounts:

  20.     10% when ordering any two programs, or two copies
  21.     15% when ordering any three programs, or three copies
  22.     20% when ordering 3+ copies of the same program
  23.  
  24. SITE LICENCES
  25.  
  26. A site licence for Power Balance consists of a single copy of the user guide and a master disk, combined with a licence agreement allowing use on a specific number of machines.  The licence agreement permits multiple copies of the user guide to be made where required.  Current prices can be found in REGISTER.WRI.

  28. All computers must be based at the same site, with the following exceptions:

  30.     i) A personal computer used by an employee at his or her home
  31.     ii) Portable computers (for example Laptop machines)

  39. Except in extreme circumstances, no refunds can be given.  It is assumed that if you have registered an NGS product, than you have accepted the product.
